With the largest book I was aiming for peace, just paying tribute. Not to take anything, but give a gift to the people who made such works in the past. To show that creation has not ceased and thank them for their contribution and hoping their spirits rest well.
Each corner piece and clasp base has in its center a 4 mm natural citrine gemstone, surrounded by six 3 mm lab grown sapphires. A total of 60 gemstones are attached to the silverwork.

The surface is treated with a water solution of shellac and intricately gilded with 23.5 carat gold leaf.
Inspired by the ornamentation of Bulgarian, Balkan and Byzantine bindings, I wanted to experience the attitude of the old masters when they worked.
In the middle books, the storm subsides, the frame makes a resistance, forces the storm into tracks and gives direction. The shapes are stiffer and subdued, but they again struggle with the proportions of the cover. It is as if the memory becomes clearer, but still in a fog.
The clasps and corners are made with a silver standard of 950. They are attached to the covers by various silver nails and rivets.

The smallest journals possess a storm in the arrangement, the decoration is elongated and incomplete, hidden by the golden winds of oblivion.
