The Crown Journal combines the features, found in the pairs of the Collection and represents them with a most steadfast manner.
It is sprinkled in blue, yellow and brown on its edges, the same pattern can be found on its endpapers as well. The endbands are firmly woven around a hemp core by using leather strips that go underneath the core and through the leather on the spine, constructing a most sturdy shield on its upper and lower spine regions.
It is sewn tightly on 3 cords, laced on double millboard covers and bound in vegetable tanned kangaroo leather, darkened and sprinkled lightly. To compliment its sturdy build, solid silver engraved corners with a fineness of 950 are attached to both covers.
Richly decorated in blind, the journal is inscribed with a whisper in Bulgarian, reminding us the cycles of life, thus completing and taking in its embrace the whole spirit of the Collection. It reads directly:
